SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Your order will ship within 7 business days from when it is placed.  U.S. orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, which you can use to track your order.

 

The cost of shipping varies per item and will be calculated when you check out.

If you need to cancel your order, you are welcome to do so, however most items will ship within 24 hours so be sure to reach out to us quickly at admin@shopthelittlebee.com if you change your mind. After an item ships in cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy

If it turns out that you are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer returns and refunds, so please read our policy carefully before ordering:

All items must be in original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Holiday/Seasonal 

  • Food Items

  • Custom Ordered Items

  • Furniture 

  • Clearance Items

All Shipping costs (Original and our cost of the Return) are non-refundable and returns are subject to a 5% restocking Fee. 

Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. This includes gift cards or store credits and we will process your credit/refund normally within five-seven business days of receipt of the item.

If you choose to decline a shipment and it is sent back to us as a "return to sender," the cost of returning the package will be deducted from your final credit and the 5% restocking fee will apply.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care when packaging your order, however we realize things can sometimes happen during transit. If an item you have received arrives damaged or defective, just send an email with photos of the item, as well as the packaging to admin@shopthelittlebee.com. Please include your name and order number within 7 days of receiving the item.  We will email you back with information regarding a replacement and a shipping label will be provided.  If the item is no longer available, we will refund a full credit. If you do not want a replacement, the guidelines for a return will be followed. As soon as we have received confirmation of pickup we will ship the replacement or issue the store credit.
