FAQ

Do you have a return policy? 

​Yes!  We understand that ordering online can be tricky, and things may not work out as anticipated. If it turns out that you are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer returns and refunds, so please read our policy carefully before ordering:

 

All items must be in original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Holiday/Seasonal 

  • Food Items

  • Custom-Ordered Items

  • Furniture 

  • Clearance Items

 

All Shipping costs (Original and our cost of the Return) are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time but we are working to offer that very soon! 

 

When will my item ship?

Your order will ship within 3-5 days (sometimes sooner)  from when it is placed and usually arrive within 2-5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you which you can use to track your order.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

This varies per item and will be calculated at checkout.

 

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as 

 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not shipped, you can cancel your order. Please note however, that most items will be packaged and prepared for shipping within 24-48 hours so be sure to reach out to us quickly if you change your mind. 

 

Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes!  Not sure what to get that special someone? We think our virtual gift card makes a wonderful gift.  A gift card will be sent via email to the confirmation email on the order.
